This project is linked to the collaboration with Micotti Studio and it’s about a new-function concept for an old factory in Milan.

 

The main idea is to re-gain the old-fashioned factory aspect throughout a new series of functions, all bounded together and eventually to the food: cooking show area, cousine school, meeting area, restaurant bar and beer factory.
