This project is linked to the collaboration with Micotti Studio and it’s about the complete renewal of a 60's flat in the city center of Piacenza.

 

The goal is to give a whole new aspect and elegance to a city center high-level apartament flat. In spite of the very low-quality aspect of the existing building we achieved a new façade design, together with a new inner definition that mantain but improves the commercial areas in the ground floor, the abitative first second and third floors and, finally, the underground level converted to a parking area, dedicated to the apartaments.
